I live in the USA. What is the last day to order for arrival in time for Christmas?

The last day for ordering most products is December 16th to arrive in time for December 25th (Please note that certain products have longer ship times as displayed in the product descriptions - Such as Presale items etc etc.)

I live Internationally. What is the last day to order for arrival in time for Christmas?

It is too late for any shipment guarantees to arrive in time for December 25th (Please note that certain products have longer ship times as displayed in the product descriptions.) International Shipping Times can take from 2 to 6 weeks.Usually Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia can take 1 -3 weeks.

My Tracking is not updating.

There are times that tracking does not update immediately. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

My Package was returned for a bad address.

If your package was shipped, however, it was returned due to a bad address. Please click on the link below to purchase a new shipping label and have your item(s) re-shipped to the correct address. Please be sure to select USA for domestic order or International if you are located outside of the USA.

NO TRACKING NUMBER/STATUS?
We are working on processing your order. We are just waiting for the tracking number. As soon as we have it, we will send it to you so please keep an eye on your email.
Due to the high holiday volume, we will be a few days backed up on shipments.

PRE-SALE SHIPPING STATUS
Pre-Sale items will be sent out on the date listed on the product page. Once your item is shipped you will get an email with the tracking information so you can track your package and see the arrival date.

After the review, we will replace your item immediately with expedited shipping. You should expect to receive your item(s) in 3 days or less. Again, we apologize.
