    International Shipping: We have FREE shipping unless otherwise noted.
    If noted, the usual price will be around $9.95 per shirt or merchandise item. Some products will also have Limited Time FREE SHIPPING deals.

    Shipping Times:
    USA shipments usually go out in 1-3 business days but can take longer, especially with new editions. International orders usually take 2 to 6 weeks longer to arrive than domestic USA shipments. Weather and other shipping delays may apply.  

    Shipping method is determined by the seller and is based on the area you live in and what shipping methods are available to your area at the time your order is placed. No expedited shipping is available. If you are unable to receive a certain carrier please contact us before placing your order. The shipping methods we use are UPS, USPS and FedEx. It is the seller’s discretion to decide which shipping method is appropriate for your order.

    Customs on international shipments are the customer’s responsibility and vary depending on the country. Please contact your local customs office to find out your countries rates.

    If you have any issues with the shirt quality please contact us upon arrival so we can help you out.

    Any jewelry piece, apparal item, or item that is not as represented or has issues can get a replacement.

    All sales will be final at the time of payment. Due to the nature of our business, each item is custom molded or printed as it is purchased and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is deemed defective.

    Defects:
    Defects include discoloration, misprints, or color being shipped (must be a different size or color than what is indicated on the order), or incorrect sewing or seams. In cases of defects, the customer must notify Pandoras Box within 48 hours of the package delivery via an email to: info@pandorasboxinc.com

    The email must include photographic evidence of the defect in question. All defective items must be sent back at the customer’s expense to our location:

    No other returns will qualify for a return. If you have questions regarding ordering the correct size please refer to our sizing chart within the product page or contact us directly.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first. Please contact us for returns.

    LED Shoe Defects:

    All Defects with LED shoes on the shoe it self upon arrival must emailed to us ASAP.In cases of defects the customer must notify Pandoras Box within 48 hours of the package delivery via an email to : info@pandorasboxinc.com

    For the LED lights and battery of the shoes:
    You have a 5 day warranty of from arrival date for LED light function. Anything past the 5 day period will be void if no warranty was opted for.
    Warranty for 6 months is $14.95 on them.

    Please refer to our FAQ page to change out battery of shoe not working from one of a working shoe to see if it is the battery.

    We will ship out batteries for $7.50 shipped for replacements and to have extras.


    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

    You can talk to our team about an exception to get a refund due to any irregular circumstances. If we give this exception you will still be liable for a 25% restocking fee per returned item, otherwise an exchange for an item of equal value will be processed. 


    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@pandorasboxinc.com.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective, the wrong size or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pandorasboxinc.com and we will help you with instructions.

    If your shoes or shirt is the wrong size, please talk to us so you can send the unused item back to us and we will send you the proper size. Item must be unused and the buyer will pay for shipping both ways. There will be no restocking fee.

    If an item is used or dirty, we will not be able to replace it.


    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    Shipping Back To Us
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
