USA shipments usually go out in 1-3 business days but can take longer, especially with new editions. International orders usually take 2 to 6 weeks longer to arrive than domestic USA shipments. Weather and other shipping delays may apply. **
**International Orders: Currently, our shipping outside of the USA has temporarily halted because of slower than usual ship times. These delays are happening because the number of flights have been decreasing between countries. International orders placed as of March 16th, 2020 will still be shipped but there may be delays in delivery.
International Ship Times: Usually 2 to 6 Weeks. Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, & the Philippines usually take 2 to 3 weeks for arrival, while rural countries or cities may take longer to arrive. As mentioned, currently international shipments (outside of the USA) will have delays due to international shipping routes being slower than usual.
Shipping method is determined by the seller and is based on the area you live in and what shipping methods are available to your area at the time your order is placed. No expedited shipping is available. If you are unable to receive a certain carrier please contact us before placing your order. The shipping methods we use are UPS, USPS and FedEx. It is the seller’s discretion to decide which shipping method is appropriate for your order.
Customs on international shipments are the customer’s responsibility and vary depending on the country. Please contact your local customs office to find out your countries rates.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note that orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago will not be eligible for a refund, only an even exchange will be honored. Your happiness is our most important concern.

Defects include discoloration, misprints, or color being shipped (must be a different size or color than what is indicated on the order), or incorrect sewing or seams. In cases of defects, the customer must notify Pandoras Box within 48 hours of the package delivery via an email to: email@example.com
